Marcella Philomena "Marcie" Gray, 96, of Cabot died Monday at Concordia Lutheran Ministries.
Born March 16, 1912, in Cabot, she was the daughter of Frank J. and Alda Falkner Schiebel.
She was a homemaker and a member of the St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, where she had been a Christian Mother.
She enjoyed reading.
Surviving are three daughters, Susan (Daniel) Nowicki, Mrs. Mary K. Horton and Barbara Gray, all of Cabot; nine grandchildren, Julie (John) Simonin, Eric (Sue) Nowicki, Valerie (Jay) Gombos, Christine (Ron) Tautkus, Ethan (Michele) Nowicki, Terrence (Rachel) Horton, Raymond (Sharen) Horton, Matthew (Nancy) Horton and Grace (Brian) Gregg; 10 great-grandchildren, Justina and Jacob Gombos, Katelyn and Connor Nowicki, Natalie and Lucie Simonin, Benjamin, Alexis and Ethan Nowicki and David Gregg; and two special nieces, Mary Anne Devine and Beth (Jerry) Egan.
Preceding her in death were her husband, James L. Gray, who died April 24, 2003; her parents; and a sister, Katheryn Devine.
GRAY - Friends of Marcella Philomena "Marcie" Gray, who died Monday, Oct. 27, 2008, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Fox Funeral Home, 410 W. Main St., Saxonburg. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at the St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church in Cabot. Interment will follow in the St. Mary Cemetery in Herman.
Memorial donations may be made to the St. Joseph Church, 315 Stoney Hollow Road Cabot, PA 16023.
