Mrs. Margaret Rothermel of 136 Westwood St , Minersville, wife of the late Edwin K. Rothermel, died early Thursday morning in her home after a lengthy illness.
A lifelong resident of Minersville, Mrs. Rothermel was the daughter of the late Hugh J. and Maryf Brown Stevenson.
She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Minersville. Her husband died eight years ago.
Surviving are a son Edwin at home; two grandsons. David Rothermel, a seminarian at Mount Airy, Philadelphia, and John Ridge, a professor at Monrovian College, Bethlehem; and these brothers: George of Pine Grove, Roy G. of Hummelstown and Paul A. of Pottsville; nieces and nephews.
Funeral Sunday afternoon from Ritzel Funeral Home, 428 Sunbury St., Minersville Interment will be made in Mount Peace Cemetery. The Rev. Harold W.
