CAMERON, MANZER E. Manzer E. Cameron born March 11, 1943 in Nashwaak Bridge, passed away at his home in Nashwaak Bridge October 21, 2002. He was survived by daughter Lori (Dan Doucet); and his two granddaughters Rayna and Rachel of Fredericton; one stepson Michael Hunter of Nashwaak Bridge; sister Rose Carolyn (Leslie Smith) of Fredericton; sister-in-law Alice Cameron of Miramichi; several nieces and nephews Janet (Mark Hare), John Cameron, Derek, Graeme, Leanna and Galen Smith. He was predeceased by father and mother Guy and Florence (Manzer) Cameron and brother Charles. Manzer graduated from Stanley High School and attended business college. At the time of his death he was employed at Service New Brunswick. He enjoyed sports including hockey, baseball, wrestling and stock car racing. Visitation will be held Wednesday, October 23, 2002 from 2-4, and 7-9 pm at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton north. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 24, 2002 at 2 pm at York Funeral Home's T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel with Rev. Douglas Blaike officiating. Pallbearers for the service are Reggie Sansom, Dale Lyons, David Ross, Wayne MacKinnon, Calvin Dickieson and Paul MacDonald. Interment will take place in the, Pleasant Valley 42nd Highland Regiment Cemetery, Nashwaak Bridge following a reception at the funeral home.
