"Minnie Mae Howard" - 96, a resident of Martindale, Texas, passed away Oct. 15, 2013. She was the daughter of Edwin and Cora (Haman) Wills, and lived all of her life in the San Marcos area. She was a devoted and active member of the Westover Baptist Church.
Minnie is preceded in death by her parents and her husbands, Talmadge Murray and Charles Cecil Howard. She is survived by her son John Murray and his wife Dana; granddaughters Poleste Thompson and her husband Harley, and Amber Mergele and her husband Logan. Minnie is also survived by her great-granddaughter Hadley Mae Mergele; her brother Marion Wills and sister-in-law Marice Wills; several nieces and nephews and other loving relatives. Minnie will be missed by all who knew her.
Visitation will be held Sunday in the Thomason Funeral Home Chapel. Burial to follow her funeral on Monday in the San Marcos City Cemetery. * * *
