Funeral services for Ms. Dee Anna Williams, age 39, formerly of Eufaula were held, June 13, 2013 at 3:00 P.M. at Parkview Baptist Church in Eufaula. Rev. Glenn Brock officiated and burial followed at Memory Garden Cemetery. Dee Anna was on her way to work on June 10, 2013 when injuries she sustained in an automobile accident took her earthly life. Dee Anna is now at home in heaven with her heavenly Father. Born December 23, 1973, in Anniston, Alabama, Ms. Williams was the daughter of Freddy Lamar Williams and Rachel Cannon Williams. Dee Anna was a 1992 graduate of Eufaula High School where she was the Head Majorette. She continued her education at Auburn University where she played the clarinet in the Auburn Marching Band and received her bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education. Dee Anna began her teaching career in 1996 with the Russell County School System. At the time of her passing, Dee Anna was a teacher and a technology specialist for Jacksonville City School System where she had been employed since 2008. Along with Dee Anna's other great achievements, she had two children, Tyler and Kristen Peck, whom she loved dearly. Dee Anna's love for her children is an eternal love. Dee Anna will be remembered for her kindness and compassionate love for her family and friends. Survivors include her son, Tyler Anthony Peck and her daughter, Kristen Danielle Peck,; parents, Freddy and Rachel Williams; brother, Freddy L. Williams; sister and brother-in-"love", Lori Leigh and Lamar Holland, niece, Lauren Holland, and nephew, Lyndon Holland; and paternal grandfather, John Austin of Oxford, AL.
