Lorane Elmore Hand, age 93, of Halls died Friday, October 18, 2013 at Crockett County Nursing Home of Alamo, TN.
Lorane was born June 23, 1920 in Frog Jump,TN . She is the daughter of the late Lawson and the late Gladys (Permenter) Gilliland.
She married The Late J.W. Elmore and The Late Homer Hand.
She was employed by Tupperware.
She is survived by two sons: Wayne Elmore of Halls, TN, Douglas Elmore of Halls, TN; Sister of one brother: Harold Gilliland of Halls, TN; She also has 2 step daughters; Carolyn Stanley of Ripley, TN; Elaine Lovelace of Moscow, TN; 5 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; 1 great greatgrandchild.
The funeral will be held 4:30 pm on Sunday, October 20 at Archer's Chapel Meth. Church, , Halls, TN with Bro. Jim Roper officiating. Burial will be in Archer's Chapel Cemetery, Halls on Sunday, October 20 at 4:30 pm.
Calling hours will be Saturday, October 19 from 5-8 pm at Halls Funeral Home, 109 N. Church St., Halls, TN.
