He had been a resident of Bonita Springs since the early 1990s. Gary was a U.S. Army veteran serving in the Vietnam War. He is survived by his wife, Sherrie Laurita; children, Brian Willoughby and Cassie Willoughby, both of Michigan; mother, Peggy Bruce; father, Roy Willoughby; and brothers, Roy S. and John R.
