Services for Jimmy Holbert, 61, of Vivian will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in Wellman Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. W. T. Keeling, pastor of Harvest Time Revival Center, and the Rev. Ron Carroll, assistant pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Langley cemetery in Beckville, Tex.

A lifelong Vivian resident, Mr. Holbert died at 9 a.m. Tuesday in Confederate Memorial Medical Center. He was a cement finisher and a member of Harvest Time Revival.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Beulah B. Holbert of Vivian; three sons, Leroy Hightower and Lynn Hightower, both of Shreveport, and James Holbert of Vivian; three daughters, Mrs. Pat Skipworth and Mrs. Kathy Buehier, both of Shreveport and Mrs. Joann Jackson of Keithville; his mother, Mrs. Millie Holbert of Vivian; five sisters, Mrs. Onita Greene of Shreveport, Mrs. Georgia Moore of Houston, Tex., Mrs. Bertha Evans of Arlington, Tex., Mrs. Sybil T. Frost of Hereford, Tex., and Mrs. Evelyn Wilson of Woodsboro, Tex.; and 15 grandchildren.
