Marshall E Pitzer was the son of Rufus French and Felicity Ann Murdock Pitzer. He married 30 Aug 1911 Grace L Hoake in Summers County, West Virginia. They had two children: Hazel Ida Pitzer and Harold Pitzer. Marshall died suddenly due to a car accident when his car went off the road and over a high bank. He died almost immediately from his injuries.
