He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Bessie Zeagler, Natchitoches; a stepson, Gerald McBride, Shreveport; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Phillip Zeagler, Grayson; two sisters, Mrs. Cleo Pontifl, New Orleans, Mrs. Rosamond Jones, Minden; three brothers, Alvin Zeagler, New Orleans; CS-1 Roy Zeagler, U.S. Navy, Key West, Fla.; and Quitman Zeagler, Columbia.
Pallbearers were to be Leroy Mixen, William Richardson, James Cruse, Lance Arthur, Bill Tolliver, Julius McNeamer and S. E. Fisher.
