He was one of the most prolific writers in catalan language. He is best remembered for his book of science-fiction "Mecanoscrit del Segon Origen," about the destruction of the world, and the lifes of only two survivors, one white woman and a black child. Among his works that include poems, short stories, novels and plays "Ésser en el món," "Estrictament Personal," "Totes les Bèsties de Càrrega," "Mossegar-se la Cua," "Homes i No" and the book series "Temps Obert." He obtained the Premi d'Honor de les Lletres Catalanes in 1979.
