Carolyn is survived by husband, Gary "Hershel" Suttles of Speedwell; mother, Irene Monday Leach of LaFollette; son, Charles O Leach of Speedwell; daughter, Raven Kay Leach of LaFollette.
Funeral services were held May 26 at Reece Funeral Home with Rev. Charles Jack Goins and Rev. Josh Shoupes officiating. Interment was in the Carr-Lemar Cemetery.
Reece Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
