LORENA DIEFENTHALER

Mrs. Elmer Diefenthaler, 70, of 601 Tenth Street, Kiel, died Wednesday morning at Valley Manor Nursing Home in Plymouth. She had lived there for nine years.
The former Lorena Theresa Weber, was born July 21, 1916, in St. Peter (Fond du Lac County), a daughter of Mathias and Anna Hansen Weber. She attended Marytown Catholic School. On April 21, 1937, she married Elmer Diefenthaler in Marytown. She was a member of Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Kiel and its Christian Mothers, Society.
Surviving are her husband; two daughters, Mrs. Ronald (Delores) Rach of Kohler and Mrs. Wallace (Sylvia) Ramminger of Plymouth; nine grandchildren; one great grandchild; a brother, Sylvester Weber of New Holstein and a sister, Mrs. Joseph (Kathleen) Guelig of St. Cloud. A brother preceded her in death.
The funeral Mass was at Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Kiel. The Rev. Thomas Leannah, pastor, was celebrant.
