Mr. Staab, 79, died of a heart attack in Medina General Hospital.
He was a retired advertising manager for Penton Publishing in Cleveland. Mr. Staab, who was a charter member of the Knights of Columbus Brookpark Parma Council, moved to Medina six years ago.
He is survived by wife, Marie: four daughters, Walene of Dublin, O., Mary Ann of Strongsville, Kathleen of Cinncinati, Therese of Dayton; three sons, Richard of Medina, Christian of Parma and Timothy of Parma; sister, Margaret Bandel.
