Our loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend, Frank Ogden Chase, returned home to his Heavenly Father on October 15, 2013 at his home in West Bountiful, Utah. Frank lost his battle with pancreatic cancer and diabetes, however throughout this challenging time, he faced his illnesses with courage and had always maintained his sense of humor.
He was born July 26, 1940 in Kingman, Arizona to George Ogden Chase and Vivian Bernice Carlson Chase.
He married Margaret Elizabeth Rueckert on September 18, 1959 in West Bountiful, Utah. She preceded him in death on March 27, 2009. He then married Dianne McArthur on April 16, 2011 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
He is survived by his wife, Dianne; children, Shanda L. Chase, Heber City, Utah; Kelly L. Chase, Bountiful, Utah; Darren Ogden Chase (Shannon), Woods Cross, Utah; and Christopher O. Chase, Orem, Utah; step-children, Nancy Allman, Herriman, Utah; Gary Allman, San Marcos, California; and Shelley Allman and Debora Schork, Escondito, California; sister, Linda Hunt of Salt Lake City, Utah; eighteen grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
A viewing will be held on Thursday, October 17, 2013 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. and Friday, October 18, 2013 from 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. at Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary, 295 North Main Street, Bountiful, Utah.
Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday in the Centerville City Cemetery, 650 East 400 South, Centerville, Utah.
There will be a luncheon held for friends and family on Friday at 2:00 p.m. in the West Bountiful Church at 840 North 800 West in West Bountiful, Utah.
