CARUSO LEWIS, Gina, 43, of Follansbee, WV, passed away on Monday, Sept. 9, 2013, at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA, with her loving family at her side.
Gina was born on June 28, 1970, in Steubenville, OH., the daughter of Joe and Candida (Santoro) Caruso of Follansbee, WV.
Gina was a demo supervisor at Sam's Club with Advantage Sales and Marketing. Many will remember Gina for her full of life personality and her abundance of smiles.

Gina was preceded in death by her paternal grand parents, Francesco and Carolina Caruso; and maternal grandparents, Francesco and Adeline Santoro.
In addition to her parents, Gina is survived by her loving children, Scott (Rachel) Swiger of Wellsburg, WV and Krista (fiance Cody Stonesifer) Swiger of Washington, PA; three cherished grandchildren, Bella, Sophie, Olivia Swiger of Wellsburg, WV; five devoted siblings, Lena Caruso of Follansbee, WV, Mena (Phil) Johnson of Colliers, WV, Frank (Lisa) Caruso of Wellsburg, WV, Maria (Rick) Drennan of Weirton, WV, and JoAnna (John) Ortitay of Avella PA; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Family and Friends will be received on Thursday, Sept. 12, 2013, from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. and again on Friday, Sept. 13, 2013, at 10 a.m. until time of Funeral Service at 11 a.m. at the James Funeral Home, 1245 Main Street, Follansbee, WV, (304) 527-1717, with Pastor Randy Frederick, officiating.
Interment will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery, Follansbee, WV.
