Rachel was taken tragically from us on Monday, October 7, 2013 in an accident involving her bike and a bus. Rachel was born on February 18, 1954 in Oxnard, California. She was loving daughter of the late Nieves Luna, Lawrence Luna and Daniel Martinez (father). She is survived by her sisters Marcella Luna and Christina Luna. Rachel was devoted niece of Thomas and Juanita Ortega and Samuel Ortega. She will be missed by her many loving cousins. Rachel was employed by the Goodwill Industries as a forklift operator. Rachel will be remembered for being a giving person and with always having a positive outlook in life. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and riding her bike. Visitation will be on Wednesday, October 16, 2013 from 4-7 p.m., followed by a Rosary at 7 p.m. at George L. Klumpp, 2691 Riverside Blvd., Sacto., CA. Burial Mass will be on Thursday, October 17, 2013 at St. Rose's Catholic Church, 5961 Franklin Blvd. at 10 a.m. Interment at St. Mary's Cemetery, 6700 21st Street, Sacramento, CA
