Visiting at Niland's Funeral Home, New Roads, 4 to 10 p.m. Wednesday, and 8 a.m. to religious services at 10 a.m. Thursday, conducted by the Rev. Miller Armstrong. Burial in False River Memorial Park.
Survived by wife, Maxine Kimball; father, Ivy Kimball Sr., New Roads; three daughters, Kathleen Dickerson, Jackson, Christine Joubert, Eunice, and Donna Kimball, Baton Rouge; four sons, Patrick Kimball, Gonzales, Dennis Kimball, Morganza, Dougals Kimball, New Orleans, and Daniel Kimball, Baton Rouge; a sister, Joyce Textor, Kenner; two brothers, Ivy Kimball Jr., Port Arthur, Texas, and Quincey J. Kimball, New Orleans; and six grandchildren.
Preceded in death by mother, Mathile Kimball. He was a member of Woodman of the World and National Maritime Union.
