William H. Milliken was born in Poland, Maine, Jan. 17, 1831. He married Julia Wyman of Webster, Maine, on Oct. 28, 1851. He He was long known as a prosperous business man, being of the firm of Deering, Milliken & Company, wholesale merchants and janufacturers. He owned a beautiful residence on Park Street. Milliken and his wife had two children:
Minnie M. Milliken (1863-1948)
