Jason was born May 31, 1977, in Gallipolis, to Lula Mae Halley Green and William C. Hunt.
Jason has two children, a daughter, Shi-Anna, and a son, Dakota Brice Hunt, both of Patriot; his mother, Lula Mae (Oyer) Green of Gallipolis; his father, William C. Hunt of Gallipolis; a sister, Loretta (Randy Phillips) Heck of Crown City; two brothers, Andy (Dorothy) Hunt of Logan, and Michael (Darlene Lewis) Hunt of Pikeville, Ky.; four nephews, Curtis and Travis Hunt of Point Pleasant, W.Va., Matt Hunt of Logan, and Eric Evans of Tennessee; a niece, Karen Evans of Logan; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Clarence and Lucy Halley, and William C. Sr. and Grace Hunt.
Services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 6, 2005, at Mina Chapel Church, with the Rev. Alfred Holley officiating. Burial will follow in the Mina Chapel Church Cemetery. Friends may call at the Willis Funeral Home from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Dec. 5, 2005. Family members will serve as pallbearers.
