Nellie Hudson, 97, of Bloomfield, passed away Thursday, Aug. 31, 2006 at Glenburn Home in Linton.
Born Dec. 3, 1908 in Greene County, she was the daughter of Frank and Cora (Lawrence) Martindale.
She worked at Crane NSWC on the assembley line, she was retired. She was a member of the Bloomfield Eastern Star, the Union at Crane, and a member of the Bloomfield First Christian Church.
Surviving relatives include one daughter, Norma Jean Bock, of Bloomfield; grandson, Richard Lee Bock, of Bloomington; one great granddaughter, Cara Wayland, of Sullivan; one great grandson, Nathan Bock, of Monrovia; great-great grandchildren, Carsyn and Camden Wayland, of Sullivan; and one brother, Fred Martindale, of Bloomfield.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Wendell L. Hudson; one sister; and four brothers.
Services was Monday at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield with the Rev. Arlen Pope and Dave Wilde officiating. Burial was at Grandview Cemetery in Bloomfield.
