Paul Wesley was born to
Johnathan and Maggie Fitchett on
December 23, 1904, on a farm four
miles north of Newell. He lived on
the farm until 1946, but continued
to farm the land until 1954.

Paul and Opal White were
married on May 29, 1946 in Newell,
by Reverend Karl Hiller. Together
they lived on their acreage west of
Newell for the past 31 years.
He was educated in the District
9 School in Coon Township. Paul
was a farmer for all his working
years, and also did carpentry work
with the Hansen Construction
Company.

Paul Wesley Fitchett was baptized
and became a member of the
Newell United Methodist Church on
September 8, 1945.
He is remembered as one who
shared love freely and who enjoyed
his family very much. He was
preceded in death by his parents,
Johnathan and Maggie Fitchett and
three brothers.

Mr. Fitchett is survived by his
wife, Opal, two daughters, Mrs
Galen Wilbur (Donna), Lois Johnson,
nine grandchildren, two greatgrandchildren
and one son-in-law.
He is also survived by two
brothers, four sisters and man y
nieces and nephews.
