Billie was the daughter of Albert and Jessie Eula Weltzheimer Sivils.
She lived in the Depew area all of her life. Billie was a loving and kind woman. She left behind a legacy she was proud of. Billie's life would be described as the Bible tells us "a virtuous woman," precious above rubies. She worked hard to provide for her family. Billie's life truly was a reflection of what God intended a woman to be.
She married R. J. Allee in Drumright, Oklahoma on July 22, 1945.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one son, Robert; her step father and one grandson.
Survivors include her husband, R. J. of the home, three sons and daughters in laws, Albert and Phyllis Allee of Frederick, Dick and Dianna Allee of Depew and Paul Allee of Depew; one sister and brother in law, Verna Rea and C. M. Cornelius of Tulsa; seven grandchildren, Brian, Brandon, Lance, Amanda, Holly, Melissa and Allissun; ten great grandchildren, other relatives and numerous friends.
Funeral services will be held at the Parks Brothers Chapel in Stroud on Monday, October 14, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Joe Molencupp officiating.
Burial will follow in the Stroud Cemetery under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Stroud, Oklahoma. A guestbook is available to share your memories online at parksbrothers.net.
