Funeral services for Ronnie Vernon Crook, 52 of Dublin will be held Tuesday, March 11 t 2 p.m. in the chapel of Townsend Brothers Funeral Home. Burial will follow on the Zeta cemetery, Tennille Ga. Officiating will be Don Warren and Danny Jones.
Mr. Crook was a native of Washington County and was the son of the late Mary Jane Bowen Crook. He was of the Baptist faith. Mr. Crook was a member of the Laurens County Sportsmen Club and served on the board of directors and was nominated man of the year. He was an employee of the Dublin-Laurens County Recreation Authority.
Survivors include his wife, Hope Crook; sons, Ben Crook of Dublin and Joe Crook of Lenoir, N. C; stepdaughters, Kellie Windham and Kristin Kellie Windham and Kristin
Windham, Dublin; grandchild, Easton Hair of Dublin; sister, Terri (James) Mason of Tennjlle; brother, Kenny (Tami) Crook of Sandersville; and nephews, aunts and uncles.
Pallbearers will be Billy Beacham, Randy "Spook" Spivey, Jay Runyon, T. J. Cannon,
Leon Morris, Kenny Barren, Tom Allen and Billy Jump.
The family will receive friends at Townsend Brothers Funeral Home, Monday, March 10 from 6 - 8 p.m.
