He enjoyed spending time outdoors, hiking, camping, canoeing and cooking out. He loved spending time with his family, his dogs and riding his Harley Davidson.
Survivors include his wife Angie Riley of New Castle; two daughters , Nikki and Haley Riley of New Castle; his mother, Carol (Melvin) Manning of New Castle; a brother, Charles "Chuck" (Barbara) Riley, Jr. of Anderson; grandmother, Martha Sue (Kenneth) Addington of Muncie; mother and father-in-law, Donnie and Eileen Marcum of Speedway; two brothers-in-law, Brad (Sasha) Marcum of New Castle and Chad Marcum of Speedway; a niece, Heather Huckelby; a god-daughter, Kayla Tanner and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Riley, Sr., paternal grandparents, Rev. Thomas "Ken" and Christine Riley and maternal grandfather, Orlie Howard.
Services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 15,2013 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in New Castle with Rev. Larry Delon officiating. Burial will follow in Green Hills Memory Gardens. Friends may call from 10 a.m.--1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
