Mrs. Shirley Stephenson Bledsoe, age 77, of 221 Mt. Pleasant Road died Sunday at her home. Funeral services will be 11:00AM Tuesday at the Rose & Graham Funeral Home Chapel in Benson. Officiating will be the Rev. Dr. Charles Ennis. Burial will follow in Pinecrest Memorial Park in Clayton.

Mrs. Bledsoe was born January 9, 1936 in Johnston County to the late Ralph S. and Pauline Sullivan Stephenson. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Roy David Bledsoe, Sr.; sister, Marie Stephenson; and brother, James F. Stephenson. Mrs. Stephenson was a homemaker and a member of Fellowship Baptist Church.

Surviving include daughters & sons-in-law; son; grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; and [4] brothers.

Family will receive friends at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Benson from 6:00PM to 8:00PM Monday.
