Gary Wayman "Buddy" Hoodless, 67 of Milton, FL was born Nov. 4,1945 and died October 8, 2013. He was a commercial construction superintendent and mechanic. He also enjoyed auto racing.

He is predeceased by his parents, Albert Bogan and Mazie B. Hoodless; an infant sister, Sandra Faye Hoodless; and a sister, Cynthia Hoodless. He is survived by his children, Sean (Jodi) Hoodless, Stacy Hoodless, Scott (Hillary) Hoodless, stepdaughter, Megan Kollar; six grandchildren, Mikayla, Caden, Tyler, Jasmine, Cohen, and Devon; two great grandchildren, Jayden and Haleigh; sister, Beverly (James) St. John; brother, Duane (Kelly) Hoodless; two aunts, Betty Williams of Jacksonville and Lucy (Ed) Pean of Portland, OR.; and several nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his two ex-wives, Cheryl Hoodless and Tammy Kilpatrick.

Funeral services will be at Lewis Funeral Home, Milton Chapel on Sunday , October 13, 2013 at 2pm with Father Matthew Dollhausen of St. Mary's Episcopal Church conducting services. Burial following in Hickory Hammock Cemetery.

Visitation will be Saturday, October 12, 2013 from 6pm-8pm at the funeral home. Active pallbearers will be Scott, Sean, Mickey, Duane, Devon Hoodless and Cleo Heath. Honorary pallbearers will be Doug Blum, Doug Vann, Larry Gann, Mike Hamel, Mike Majors, Bobby Britt, Lyle Smith, Wayne Blocker, Lloyd Hinote, James St. John and Larry Ventro.
