Private funeral services for George T. Onnen were held at the West Gladstone Lutheran church, Wednesday evening, Rev. Paul Reith of the Lutheran church in Fairbury, officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery. Traum service.
George T. Onnen, 62, who has been staying with relatives in the Gladstone vicinity for the past months, died Friday, June 23. For many years he farmed near Gladstone, but for the past five years he lived near Eldorado (sic), Kas.
He is survived by his brothers, Henry of Fairbury, Gerhardt and August of Gladstone; three sisters, Anna of Fairbury; Mrs. Oscar Bauer of Gladstone, and Lena of Lincoln; two nieces and nine nephews.
