Larry Dee Wooten, 75, Marion, went home to be with his Lord, October 10, 2013. Larry was born in Peru, Indiana on November 6, 1937 to the late Ralph and Delores (Morgan) Wooten. He married Joyce "Jody" Brewer on July 9, 1987. They have enjoyed 27 years of a happy life together. Larry graduated from Peru High School in 1954. Larry retired from Dana Corporation. He served his country and was a United States Army veteran. He loved spending his winters in Okeechobee, Florida for 20 years. He loved fishing, old cars and his family. He also loved his Maltese, Kilee who is now deceased.

Larry is survived by his wife, Joyce "Jody" A. Wooten; daughter, Lori Wooten; granddaughter, Mindy Wooten; grandson, Ronald Dee (Cearra) Pack; Great grandsons, Khole & Kadine Watts, Isaac & Blake Pack; Great granddaughter, Cassiday Wooten; Father & Mother-in-law, Jess and Maxine Brewer ; Brother-in-law, James (Connie) Brewer; Sister-in-law, Mary (Bubba) Hodnett; Step-children, Terri (Ronnie) Clark, Tony Leger; Step Grandchildren, Heather (Trever) Hoffman, Ivy , Addy, Hunter; Great Grandchildren, Jordan, Trinity, Brenden, Carter; Five Step Children from previous marriages, David John (deceased), Joan (Mike) Barrett ,Greg Geiger, DeWayne and Dawn ; Step Grandson, Arthur (Tiffany) Geiger; Step Great Granddaughter, Albree Geiger; Sisters, Connie (Bob) Vincent, Sharon (Dave) Sites; 3 sisters-in-law, Pat Wooten, Connie Wooten, Sara Wooten and many who loved Larry very much.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph & Delores Wooten; Daughter, Debra Pack; Grandson, David Wooten, Brothers, Harry, Tom and Darrell Wooten, Step Daughter, Shelly.

Larry will be missed but never forgotten by the ones who love him very much—who are many.

Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 15, 2013 at Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral Service, North Chapel, 1341 N. Baldwin Ave., Marion, Indiana with Pastor Bruce Koontz officiating.

Burial will be in Gardens of Memory, Marion, Indiana.

Visitation will be Monday, October 14, 2013 from 2 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home
