Mrs. Sheila Marie (Mills) Butler
Mrs. Sheila Butler, 52, of Old Town, passed away September 28, 2013, after a lengthy battle with cancer.
Sheila was born on December 17, 1960, at Dr. Blanton's office in Cross City, to Quincy and Mary Mills. Sheila spent most of her life in Dixie County, except for six years in Ocala. She was a housewife and had her own cleaning business for several years.
She was preceded in death by her son, Bernie; husband, Terry Butler; parents, Quincy Mills and Mary Mills; beloved father-in-law and mother-in-law, Oscar and Corris Butler; and brother-in-law, Gerald Fowler.
She is survived by three daughters, Terra Osteen of Old Town, Shana Driggers of Old Town, and Trinity Butler of Wilcox; grandchildren, Alexis Butler of Old Town, Tyler Osteen of Ocala, Taylor Osteen of Wilcox, Rylynn Driggers of Old Town, and Paul Silas of Old Town; four sisters, Edith Fowler of Old Town, Madean Corbin of Cross City, Deloris Weeks of Suwannee, and Patricia Schofield of Wilcox; two brothers, Ronnie Mills and Donnie Mills both of Old Town; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
A memorial will be held at a later date.
