Mildred R. (Bowser) Hart England, 83, formerly of Orchard Park, N.Y. died Tuesday, Feb. 4, 2003 in Woodstock, Va. She was born March 14, 1919 in Adrian to Frank L. and Minnie (Hooks) Bowser. Mrs. England was a homemaker. She was a member of the methodist church in Orchard Park, N.Y. and also attended the United Methodist Church in Strasburg, Va. She enjoyed music, reading the Bible and crocheting crafts. In 1991, she moved to Strasburg, Va. Survivors include one daughter, Linda Lee Raley of Strasburg, Va.; six stepchildren; one granddaughter, Robyn; three sisters, Isabelle Frick and Berdella McKinley, both of Kittanning and Frances Powers; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Charles Hart Jr.; her second husband, Charles England; three brothers, Burton Bowser, Arnold Bowser and Norman Bowser; and one sister, Blanche L. Rupert. Graveside services were held Feb. 8 in Hillcrest Cemetery in Orchard Park, N.Y.
