Arnold Friedl, 72, machinist for 40 years at U.S. Steel Lorain Works retiring in 1970, died Saturday at St. Joseph Hospital after a five year illness. He lived with his forer wife Louise at 1049 W 12th St Lorain.
Born in Austria, he lived in Lorain 65 years, and was a member of St. Joseph Church. Surviving are a daughter Mrs. Donald (Elaine) O'Dor of Lorain, two grandchildren, a sister, Mrs. Irene Crawford of Lorain.
Frieds may call Dombrowski Funeral Home Lorain 2-4 and 7-9 tomorrow. Funeral services wil be Wednesday at 9:30 am in the funeral home, 10:00 am in St. Joseph Church, the Rev Kevin Ritter will officiate. Burial in Calvary Cemetery, Lorain.
