Arnold Friedl, 72, machinist for 40 years at U.S. Steel Lorain Works retiring in 1970, died Saturday at St. Joseph Hospitl after a five year ilness. He lived with his former wife Louise at 1049 West 12th Street.
Born in Austria, he lived in Lorain 65 years, and was a member of St. Joseh Church.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs Donald (Eaine) O'Dor of Lorain; two grandchildren, a sister Mrs. Irene Crawford of Lorain.
Friends may call in Dombrowski Funeral Home Lorain from 2-4 and 7-9pm tomorrow. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 9:30 am in the funeral home, 10am in St. Joseph Church. The Rev Kenneth Ritter will officiate. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery Lorain.
