Kelli was a homemaker enjoyed being with her family.
Survivors include her husband Gary Willis of the home; one son, Dylan Willis of the home; her father, Alfred Frazier of Springdale; her grandparents, Grover and Betty Frazier of Rogers and one sister, Alisha Ann Mullins of Brownwood, Texas.
Graveside services will be Monday, October 14, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at Stuckey Cemetery in Johnson.
Visitation will be on Monday from 8:30 am to 9:45 am at Sisco Funeral Chapel of Springdale.
