Visitation will be Monday 14 October 2013, 6-8 PM at the Wayne-Boze Funeral Home at 1826 U.S. 287 in Waxahachie, Texas.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, 10:00 AM, 15 October 2013, at the funeral home.
Interment will be at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery on Wednesday, 16 October 2013, at 10:00 AM.
For those interested in attending the interment service, the family will meet at the Funeral Home at 8:00 AM.
Clayton Neal (Buddy) Adams (March 4, 1943 - October 11, 2013)
Clayton Neal (Buddy) Adams, 70 of Lancaster, passed away Friday, October 11, 2013. He was born to the late Wardlow M. and Annie Rue Stanton Adams on March 4, 1943 in Ennis, Texas.
Clayton was an avid golfer, and loved the Texas Longhorns. He retired from LTV after 38 years of service and worked for Lockheed Martin for 11 years. Clayton proudly served our country in the United States Army. He loved and enjoyed spending time with his family, and he will be missed by so many who knew him and loved him.
He is survived by his sons, Greg Adams and his wife, Angie of Milford, Chad Adams of Keller; his loving companion, Sally Crow of Lancaster; his brother, Jerry Adams and his wife, Linda of Combine; his sister, Jo Ann Yates and her husband, Harley of Palmer; his loving grandchildren, United States Marine Corps, PFC Clayton Adams, Blake Adams, and Emilie Adams.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Wardlow M. and Annie Rue Stanton Adams; also by his nephews, Rick Adams and Tim Yates.
Visitation for family and friends will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday, October 14, 2013 at Wayne Boze Funeral Home.
Services to celebrate his life are scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 15, 2013 at the Pat Boze Memorial Chapel of Wayne Boze Funeral Home, with Rev. Eddie Ballard officiating.
A private graveside service with military honors will be held at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery.
