Jennie Brown
Jennie Josephine Brown, 77, Kirksville, formerly of Edina, died at 11:15 a.m. Monday (Jan. 2, 1984) in Grim-Smith Hospital in Kirksville.
Services were held at 10 a.m. Thursday in Hudson-Rimer Park View Chapel at Kirksville, the Rev. Beryl Cragg conducting. Burial was in Linville Cemetery at Edina.
Mrs. Brown was born Nov. 5, 1906, in St. Peters, Mo., a daughter of Charles and Maude Baredo Rodenhofer. She married Charles Washington Brown, Sept. 24, 1930, in Union. He died Nov. 23, 1972.
Mrs. Brown lived in Adair and Knox counties with her husband for several years. She had lived in California before moving to Kirksville several years ago.
Surviving is a brother, Arthur Rodenhofer of Baldwin, Ill.
She was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.
