She was born March 9, 1912, in Limestone County, one of 14 children born to Thomas Sidney Fogg and Beulah Smith Fogg. She was a homemaker and a member of Athens Dreamers Club and Seventh Day Adventist Church.
She is survived by four sisters, Janell Kalvoda of Collegedale, Tenn., Ophelia Henderson of Madison, Sarah Angel of New Market and Joy Legg of San Jose, Calif.; and one brother, Bob Fogg of Battle Creek, Mich.
Pallbearers will be Bobby Jones, Allan Kalvoda, Jim Kalvoda, Jerry Jones, Tommy Fogg and Brad Phillips. Honorary pallbearers will be Jim Phillips, Bruce Fogg, David Fogg and Richard Phillips.
