She was born Oct. 15, 1922, in DuBois, to William John Crawford and Edna Marie Jackson. She grew up in DuBois and received her education there.
She married Lowell Lester Keyser on Jan. 6, 1942, in North Platte, and was married for more than 40 years until losing Lowell in 1982. They had three children; Dorothy Ione (Pat), Carolyn Marie (Lynn), and Michael Lowell.
They lived in North Platte, Washington state, California and finally Arnold, where she was employed by the Arnold Sale Barn as a bookkeeper for 12 years. She worked full time as a secretary at Arnold schools for five and a half years and left the school for a full-time job at Arnold State Bank. She was assistant vice president when she retired in 1998. Donna and Lowell were also full-time distributors for Amway.
She was very active in the Arnold Baptist Church and she also served on the Arnold Housing Authority Board. Donna loved to square dance and clog and she was very much honored to have performed for President Reagan when he visited North Platte.
Donna loved being with her family and friends. They were the light of her life.
Survivors include her daughter, Pat (Earl) Leach; her son-in-law, Jim Power; her brother, Ralph (Joan) Crawford; her sisters, Dorothy Arick, Lola Flieder, and Belva Steiner; seven grandchildren, Lane Leach, Brenda Leach, Kristy (Alan) Miller, Brenda (John) McClellen, Melissa (Scott) Steele, Shelley Alder-Hronik, Kim Eastburn; and 15 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lowell; her daughter, Lynn Power; her son, Michael Keyser; her grandson, Stacy Leach; and three brothers, Charles, Jack and Harry.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 12, at the Arnold Baptist Church with Rev. Irving Jennings officiating. Interment will be at the Arnold Cemetery. Arnold Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
