Isaac G. McDaniel; 74, Sunny Manor nursing home, Spencerville, died at 4:05 a.m. Thursday in Van Wert Hospital.
He was born June 28,1909, in Granger County, Tenn., the son of Pledz and Martha Morgan McDaniel.
His wife, Birdia Bryant McDaniel, to whom he was married Aug. 14, 1937, in Rutledge, Tenn., died Feb. 5, 1963, in Marion.
Before retiring, he was employed six years with Morgan County, Tenn., Highway Department.
Surviving are three sons: John McDaniel and Ralph McDaniel, Marion, and Robert McDaniel, Prospect; four daughters, Billie Bell and Nola Cottrill, Mary Southward and Pauline Trimmer, all Marion; a sister, Marry Burchill, Jefferson City, Tenn.; 17 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. A son, two daughters, a brother and a sister are deceased.
The service will be conducted at 1 p:m. Saturday in Boyd Funeral Home by Pastor Charles Reed. Burial will be in Meeker Cemetery.
