Janice M. Reeves, 59, of Brunswick passed away October 9th at her residence. She was a lifelong resident of Brunswick and was a homemaker. She was a member of the Golden Isles Baptist Church.
Funeral services to be held Friday, at 2 PM in the chapel of the Brunswick Memorial Park Funeral Home, Interment following in the Brunswick Memorial Park Cemetery. Pastor's, are Sammy Chancey and Joey Taylor to officiate. Visitation will be held Thursday night from 6 to 8 in the chapel of the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Gene Taylor, Josh Taylor, John Mistisshen, Ralph Westbury, Albert Hall and Mike Purdy. Honorary pallbearers will be Doctors Duane Moores, Abraham Cheong, and Herman Levy and their staff members; and the Staff at Hospice of the Golden Isles.
Surviving are 2 sons, Clyde Sequi Jr, and Donnie Sequi, both of Brunswick. 4 sisters, Linda Taylor of Brunswick; Hilda Helmintoller of Salisbury, N.C.; Kathy Cook Downie of Brunswick, and Debbie West of Brunswick; 2 brothers, William Green of Kannapolis, N.C., and Dewey Green, Jr. of Nahunta. 6 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive. She was pre-ceded in death by her husband, Bobby E. Reeves, and her parents, Dewey and Vera Green. Janice is also survived by her faithful feline companion, Mousie.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to the American Cancer Society, and Hospice of the Golden Isles.
