Dale Herring, 84, Brimson, passed away Friday, October 4, 2013 in St. George, Utah.
He was born March 5, 1929 in Edinburg, MO, the son of Fred L. and Jessie B. (Hoskins) Herring.
On November 25, 1953, he married Crystal Alene Norris in Gilman City, MO. She preceded him in death on February 8, 1991.
Dale was a lifelong farmer in the Brimson area and served in the U.S. Army. He was a member of the E.L.B. Volunteer Fire Department.
Survivors include daughters, Linda (John) Siemann, Kansas City, MO, Brenda Herring, St. Joseph, MO, and Teresa (Robbie) Kincaid, Trenton, MO; sons, Ronnie Herring, Brimson, MO and Dale LeRoy (Peggy) Herring, Grandview, MO; sister, Hazel (Glenn) Branning, Mesa, AZ; 8 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchild.
Funeral Services will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, October 11, at the Roberson Funeral Home, Jamesport, MO. Burial with Military Rites in the Masonic Cemetery, Gilman City, MO. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday at the Roberson Funeral Home, Jamesport, MO where friends may call after 5:00 p.m. Thursday.
