He moved to Mount Vernon in September 1948 and lived and worked in Skagit County.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, family reunions and gardening.
Preceded in death by his parents. Brothers Clifford and Lloyd and sister Ruth Campbell.
He is survived by his daughter Kathy (Rick) Lamonte, son David (Sindi) Moe, grandchildren Nic, Chad (Merika) and Mike Moe, Elizabeth (Fredy) Ortega, Tom and Kellye Lamonte and sister/caregiver Ethel (Shorty) Adams and brother Don (Geri) Moe. Numerous nieces, nephews and cousins, and special friends Phillip and Jainie Belisle.
Thank you to the wonderful care he received from Dr. Mathey and the staff at United General Hospital.
At his request no funeral will be held.
A potluck luncheon will be held to celebrate his life Sunday, December 6, 2009 from noon to 3 p.m. At the Sedro-Woolley Eagles, 1000 Metcalf St., Sedro-Woolley.
