Alma is loved, missed and remembered forever in the hearts of all who loved

her. Alma grew up in North Dakota until age 13. Her Family moved to New Richland

Southern MN. Alma married Lloyd Jacobson June 12, 1926 in Freeborn Co. Alma and

Lloyd lived in Freeborn Co, Albert Lea, Cambridge, then in Mpls. MN a long time.

Alma and Lloyd moved back to Cambridge MN where they lived the rest of their lives.

Alma was very active in the Cambridge Senior Citizens Activities. Alma had

many friends and her children adored her. Alma was the Isanti Co. MN Senior Citizen

of the year in 1978. It appears that Alma was honored and recognized at

the Minnesota State Fair when she was the 1978 Isanti Senior Citizen

of the Year for some of her many accomplishments. There were many who

admired Alma and her many talents and skills. Alma liked crafts, knitting,

crocheting, playing cards, Country music, visiting friends and was known

for making the best buttermilk & sour cream pancakes.

Alma was active with SAC of Cambridge. Alma shared her many talents and

attributes with her children and grandchildren, others

she loved. Alma was a smart, honest, kind, down to earth wonderful woman.

Alma was a strong woman of Faith and taught her children Christian values.

Alma lived in Cambridge Isanti Co. MN when she passed away at the

Fairview Riverside Rehab Care Center in Mpls. MN. Alma was a active member

of the Cambridge Lutheran Church.


Alma is laid to rest next to her beloved spouse Lloyd.

Alma and Lloyd are survived by children, many grandchildren,

great grandchildren, many relatives and friends around

the USA including Wisconsin, California and Minnesota, other areas.

Jan. 25, 2000 in Cambridge MN.

Rev. Erling Tungseth Officiated.

Milton Hatleli played Bagpipes.

"Old Rugged Cross" and "In the Garden,"

other Hymns were sung. Grandchildren

many others were pallbearers. The

many who loved and respected Alma

celebrated her life and memory. There

were a long list of many who loved Alma

who participated in her Services.

Lloyd lived in Freeborn Co, Albert Lea, Cambridge, then in Mpls. MN a long time.

Alma and Lloyd moved back to Cambridge MN where they lived the rest of their lives.

Alma was very active in the Cambridge Senior Citizens Activities. Alma had
