Daniel 'Chester" Todd, 95, passed away, Thursday, March 30, 2017 at his home. He was born April 23, 1921 in Myrtle Beach, SC a son of the late Benjamin Chestnut and Bessie Cox Todd.
He was predeceased by his wife, Margarett Todd in 2015 and his two brothers, Ernest B. Todd and Leland Todd.
Chester was a founding member of Forest Brook Baptist Church, a member of the first football team at Myrtle Beach High School and a Past Post Commander of the American Legion Post # 40.
He loved fishing and traveling where he was able to visit all fifty states.
Survivors include, his daughter, Susan Todd Jensen and husband, Curt of Conway, SC; a son, Danny Todd and wife, Mary Lane of GA; four grandchildren, John Christopher Jensen and wife, Holly, Michelle Todd Morse and husband, Tim and Dorothy Todd; two great-grandchildren, Gabrielle and Jacob Morse and six nieces and nephews, Wanda, Benny, Claudia, Sandy, Gary and Gail.
