Felix R. (Bud) Budnik, age 89 of 1013 S. 21st St., Manitowoc, died Sunday, December 6, 1992, at his residence.

Funeral services will be 9:30 a.m. on Thursday Decembe4 10, 1992, at the Pfeffer Funeral Home, and 10 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Manitowoc. Concelebrating the Mass of Christian Burial will be Rev. Roman Zbieranski, O.F.M. and Rev. Thaddeus Koszarek, with burial to follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Manitowoc.

He was born October 27, 1903 at Manitowoc, son of the late Joseph and Veronica Norkosky Budnik. He married the former Mary Grace Wier on June 5, 1937, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Manitowoc. She preceded him in death on June 5, 1985. Mr. Budnik was employed with the Manitowoc Engineering Co. for many years, until his retirement. He was a Charter Member of St. Mary’s Young Men’s Club, and St. Mary’s Catholic Church.

Survivors include two daughters, and a son-in-law, Joan Niquette, Waukesha, Carol and Robert Nelson, Hales Corners; six grandchildren, Michael Niquette, Vancouver, Wash., William Niquette and his wife Carolyn Waukesha, Lynn Niquette, Fond du Lac, Catherine Finneran and her husband, Daniel, Palatine, Ill., Sarah Nelson, Hales Corners, Bridget Nelson, Madison; three great grandchildren, Michelle and grandchildren, Michelle and Matthew Niquette, Megan Finneran; one brother, Victor Budnik, Manitowoc; three sisters, Susan Kaufman, Manitowoc, Celia Koehler, Two Rivers, Eleanor Boettcher, Milwaukee. Nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. He was also preceded in death by two brothers and three sisters.

Friends may call at the Pfeffer Funeral Home from 4-9 p.m. on Wednesday, where a prayer service will be led by Father Roman at 7 p.m. Relatives and friends are also invited to join with the family for the Rosary at 8 p.m.
