Stephen Nazaret Astikian immigrated with his son Filibos, in 1910 ship's logs show that he left a wife behind, Maria Astikian. On his naturalization paper he stated that he had a daughter, Marissa in Turkey. There is no other information on Filibos Astikian. The 1940s census lists a Stephen Astikian, but I'm not sure it is him since he wasn't listed on Stephen Nazaret Astikian's naturalization application.

In 1912, Rose Demirjian came to marry Stephen Astikian, along with 22 people, including Stephen Astikian's parents. There is no other information about the two children from his first marriage. The family also resided in Michigan and New York.
