CURTIS DALE ASHFORD
Curtis Dale Ashford, son of William R. and Pearl Ashford, was born in LaBelle, Missouri, February 23, 1910 and passed away at Mt. Vernon, Missouri, April 16, 1950. He is survived by his father, one sister, Myerle, and four brothers, W. B. and Walter of LaBelle, Lyle and Clayton of Youngstown, Ohio, and two nieces and five nephews.
His mother passed away in 1927 and a brother, Harry Glen who lost his life in service in November, 1943, also a sister, Aurlia, in 1931 at the age of four years. He leaves a host of relatives and friends, who with his loved ones, mourn his passing
Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at the Coder Funeral Home with Rev. Akers and Rev. Nichols in charge. Burial was in the Newark cemetery.
