Obituary for Howard Franklin BerryTSgt Howard Franklin Berry, U.S.A.F., Retired, age 80, of Biloxi, passed away on Sunday, October 6, 2013.
Mr. Berry was born in Conway, Arkansas to Julian and Flora McCarty Berry. He retired from the U.S.A.F. after 20 years of service to his country. He was a lifetime member of the VFW.
Mr. Berry was preceded in death by his wife, Carol Smith Berry; parents; son, Rodney Berry; sister, Hazel Finch, Bessie Gibbs, and Ruby Melton.
He is survived by his children, Georgia Roebuck of Australia, and Darren Berry of Australia; brother, Calvin Berry; grandchildren, Madison and Jordan Berry; and two nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, October 6, 2013, at 1:30 p.m. at Biloxi National Cemetery with military honors rendered by the United States Air Force Honor Guard.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, www.cancer.org
