Amy was born in Harlan County and was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Martha and Earnest Combs and Jeanne Banks.
She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Owens; children, Destiny Owens Woolum and Savannah Owens; mother, Peggy Combs; father, Timothy W. Banks; mother-in-law, Jeanette Osborne; uncle, Lonnie Owens; grandfather, Delzie Banks; and sister, Beth McCamish.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, June 22, at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Rev. Paula Farmer and Rev. Michael Addison officiating. Burial will follow in Owens Cemetery on Dowis Chapel Road.
