Mrs. Lewis was preceded in death by her husband, William Lewis. She is survived by 1 daughter, Sharon Meadows of Bonifay, FL; 1 son, Michael Boruff of Bonifay, FL; 5 grandchildren, Tanis Meadows, William Dever, Andrew Boruff, Ale Boruff, Justin Boruff; and 1 brother, John W. Pearson of Ozark, AL.
Funeral services will be held at 4:00 pm Mon, Oct 7, 2013 at Peel Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jesse Hobbs officiating. Interment will follow in the Bonifay Cemetery in Bonifay, Holmes, FL with Peel Funeral Home directing.
